01 / THE BENCH

Not novelty prints. Useful parts.

Whether you need a test-fit prototype, a replacement interior clip or a custom bracket, PartBench focuses on the details that decide whether a print is useful: geometry, material, fitment and finish.

02 / SERVICES

Built around real-world use.

From one-off problem solving to repeatable parts for small production runs.

01

Functional parts

Brackets, clips, covers, mounts, adapters and enclosures made for fitment and everyday use.

02

Automotive replacements

Hard-to-find, non-safety-critical plastic components for older, modified and enthusiast vehicles.

03

Rapid prototypes

Turn an idea or CAD file into a physical test piece before committing to a larger run.

03 / PROCESS

Simple brief. Clear outcome.

You do not need perfect files to begin. A good photo and a quick explanation are often enough.

  1. 01

    Show us the problem

Send photos, dimensions, a drawing, a CAD file or the broken original.

  2. 02

    Choose the right approach

We consider fitment, load, heat, sunlight, flexibility and finish.

  3. 03

    Print and test

For complex fitment, we can start with a test piece before the final production print.

  4. 04

    Collect or ship

Receive a part built around the real-world job it needs to do.

04 / MATERIALS

Choose for the job, not just the colour.

Different jobs need different performance. We guide the material decision based on heat, UV, flexibility, load and the finish you want.

06 / FAQ

The practical questions.

Can you copy a broken part?+

Often, yes. Send clear photos and measurements, or provide the original part so we can assess the best route.

What files can I send?+

STL, STEP and OBJ are ideal. A sketch with dimensions or reference photos can also be enough to start.

Which material should I choose?+

That depends on heat, UV exposure, flexibility, load and finish. We will recommend the practical option for the job.

Do you print safety-critical car parts?+

No. PartBench does not position printed parts for braking, steering, suspension, seatbelts, airbags, fuel systems or other safety-critical applications.
