01 / THE BENCH
Whether you need a test-fit prototype, a replacement interior clip or a custom bracket, PartBench focuses on the details that decide whether a print is useful: geometry, material, fitment and finish.
02 / SERVICES
From one-off problem solving to repeatable parts for small production runs.

Discuss a projectHard-to-find, non-safety-critical plastic components for older, modified and enthusiast vehicles.
Discuss a projectTurn an idea or CAD file into a physical test piece before committing to a larger run.
Discuss a projectRepeatable prints for workshops, product developers and small businesses that need more than one part.
Discuss a project03 / PROCESS
You do not need perfect files to begin. A good photo and a quick explanation are often enough.
Send photos, dimensions, a drawing, a CAD file or the broken original.
We consider fitment, load, heat, sunlight, flexibility and finish.
For complex fitment, we can start with a test piece before the final production print.
Receive a part built around the real-world job it needs to do.
04 / MATERIALS
Different jobs need different performance. We guide the material decision based on heat, UV, flexibility, load and the finish you want.

Replace these starter tiles with your first real projects: the original problem, the final part and the installed result.
Send a photo, rough dimensions, a CAD file, or the broken original. We will assess the use case, recommend a material, and quote the right approach.
06 / FAQ
Often, yes. Send clear photos and measurements, or provide the original part so we can assess the best route.
STL, STEP and OBJ are ideal. A sketch with dimensions or reference photos can also be enough to start.
That depends on heat, UV exposure, flexibility, load and finish. We will recommend the practical option for the job.
No. PartBench does not position printed parts for braking, steering, suspension, seatbelts, airbags, fuel systems or other safety-critical applications.
